The brewery’s story is rooted in the tradition of the Trichès family, who for generations worked with iron, shaping the material with skill and dedication. Today, that bond with metal lives on in a new form: iron has taken shape in the tanks and fermenters that nurture and give life to a beer that is genuine, authentic, and deeply connected to its land.
